I did that.  What do I do, restart the computer?  Does it change back to kde 
then?  Does anyone know the name of the package that installs the gnome 
desktop?  Like I said, when I installed, I used sudo apt-get install, and it 
didn't sound like a desktop, it sounded like a replacement or alternative for 
Dolphin, or I wouldn't have installed it.
