A dictionary widget?

the dictionary widget does define words. type a word, and wait a
couple of seconds, it fetches the meaning and displays it. beware,
that for some reason, it locks all the plasma workspace while
fetching. if your connection is slow, your desktop will hang for a
while :P
anyways, it doesn't suggest corrections of wrong words which is sad.
anyone ever seen the encarta dictionary on windows? i liked that app.
anything like it on linux? i particulary like that it had the list of
all words in part of the windows, scrolling to the appropriate section
as i'm typing. and all words are installed locally (no internet
required), which can be updated as new words spring up.
