9.04: is KDE 4.2 ever making it to 8.10?

Wrong, The 4.2 in the PPA is really 4.1.96.  To confirm in any app, just 
do Help|About KDE...

Users of other distros with the real 4.2 confirm major bugs in 4,1,96 
that are fixed in the real 4.2
