How do I join two .rar folders?

I get a bad address so I am probably entering things wrong.  I did ls on the 
directory that contains the 7 Pounds rar, and it shows:

7.Pounds~DvdScr~Ac3~maz is the title to the download; it opens to two 
folders 'Cd1' and 'Cd2'.  When I click on either of them they open with a 
list of .rar's.
