How do I unite cd1 to cd2? Is Kino the tool?

I meant, pick any _folder_. RAR is smart enough to assemble all the 
pieces, although there's one folder (at the end) that doesn't have a .00 
.01 .02 ect.  Right click it and select extract here, then your .avi 
movie will pop up in that folder and it will extract.  This may take a 
few seconds to a few minutes depending on your computers CPU moxy...  
Then cut the movie and put it with all your other movies.  After you 
verify all is well, _and after you move the single avi out of this 
folder_,  delete the entire folder with all those .00 .01... in them as 
it takes up quite a bit of space.
