How do I join two .rar folders?

I am unable to understand what I am reading.  I used zero's.  Additionally can 
unrar combine to folders?  I have never had a problem opening a .rar, I just 
want to join two .rar folders into one, to there is not an interruption in 
the middle of the movie.

Once they are open, I don't know what to do to join them.  

Sorry for my confusion.
