How do I unite cd1 to cd2? Is Kino the tool?

I use KDE, not Gnome.

I am not sure Joel, but I think each folder starts with the same number and 
continues.  Like .r00, .r01, /r02 etc.  With the same extension, won't that 
cause a problem?
