How do I join two .rar folders?

unrar <command> -<switch 1> -<switch N> <archive> <files...>
               <@listfiles...> <path_to_extract\>

The .rar I want to join is "Swing Vote I"  "Swing Vote II".  Do I rename 
them "Swing Vote I.rar" "Swing Vote II.rar" first?

Then is it:

cd /media/sdb5/Films$ unrar e Swing Vote.rar -ad "Swing Vote I.rar" "Swing 
Vote II.rar"

I am trying to take from avimerge what I can.  Am I thinking in a logical 
manner?
