Dear Nils,
You are best of friends. Thank you so much, but I am tired of being so
stupid. I may install the GUI, but I want so much to learn the commands and
their conditions. I just love using a computer. I would like to join those
who understand their use too. I realize I am a rock and almost unteachable,
but before I croak, I would like to be able to solve a problem using the
konsole. If I can learn how to understand the symbols and how they affect
the computations, I still believe I can learn.
Shoot if I am able to succeed, it means that anyone can succeed. I really
don't know if you and the others are just genious', or if you went through
some kind of special learning process, or if you just spent the time it takes
to learn, but for me, it isn't a matter of pride, it is a matter of desire.
It is you guys I feel sorry for. I must be the greatest test on your
collective patience ever. But then again, if you can teach me, you can teach
anyone. And that is a great accomplishment. Also, you guys know how much I
appreciate your help. It has put life back into my life. Thanks again
friends.
Steven
