How do I unite cd1 to cd2? Is Kino the tool?

Have you tried cat instead of avimerge? Depending on the format of the
video (avi is just a container) it may work. Actually, it is more than
likely to work. Look back a few emails for the proper command,
including cding into the proper directory.
