In your Gnome login screen just select "change sessions" and pick KDE4. Then
sign in! It will ask you if you want to make it the default but I wouldn't
do that till you are comfortable with KDE4. Just pick "for this session
only". You also could have installed the regular KDE meta package and you
would have a triple boot machine! Even a quad if you also left that lame
windoze on your machine!
