How do I activate my sdb5 partition and have it stay active continually.

$ sudo cp /etc/fstab /etc/fstab.bk
$ sudo gedit /etc/fstab

The first command just makes a backup. If the second command does not
open gedit such that you can edit fstab, then post the terminal
output. Thanks.
