My two cents worth is: when you consider that almost all problems are
experienced with new Linux applications or new OS's, they are nothing like the
Microsoft experience, when you get your first bug fix less than a week after
paying another $100 for your upgrade.
So once in a while something unpleasant happens that should have been taken
care of prior to release, stuff happens. At least it doesn't happen several
times each week, like with Microsoft.
