ktorrent problem

I just finished watching an old movie I like called "Black Stallion"; I decided 
to download "Black Stallion Returned" to view the finish.  When I found the 
Torrent, I downloaded it as normal, when I clicked on the appropriate choice, 
it did not enter the torrent into the torrent program.  I tried every way I 
could think of the get it installed and finally gave up.  

I uninstalled Ktorrent, then reinstalled it including a package that included 
bug symbols.  When I attempted to install the packages I was stopped with the 
error:

I don't know how to improve my explanation.
