How do I remove the confirmation window from trash? "Do you really want to empty trash?"

I guess that I was more looking for procedure.  I would like to remove the 
redundancies. I would like to remove unneeded mouse clicks.  There are several 
times I am asked if I want to do what I want to do.  I really don't want to be 
asked, even if I may make a costly mistake.
