How do I remove the confirmation window from trash? "Do you really want to empty trash?"

I couldn't find it in the configuration of Trash.  One of the features I hated 
in Microsoft Windows was having to continually repeat myself when I wanted to 
do something.  This 'do you really want to do it' feature is a pain.  If you 
have an option to have it or not have it would be better.  I suspect I am just 
not knowledgeable enough to find the button that will remove the warning 
features, I just don't know where it is.  Thanks!  If the feature is 
unavailable, disregard my comment, I love Intrepid and KDE and wouldn't 
presume to change their great work.
