Sun Java Agreement

I am unable to run a package manager or shell, because an installation that 
required installation of Sun Java stopped at the agreement.  I have had to do 
this before, however before there was an accept or decline feature that is not 
present this time.  It has <OK> at the bottom, but clicking on that does not 
confirm acceptance, pressing enter doesn't execute acceptance either.  I cannot 
scroll to a place where there is an acceptance option, and closing the shell 
does not stop the installation.  Any ideas?
