Using your favourite packet manager of course, but I don't know which one 
you prefer. My favourite one is synaptic. There you would search 
for "doc-linux-html" then right click on the line with the package name 
and select "Mark for Installation". Then click the "Apply" button. The 
procedure should be similar with other programs.
