Just a suggestion.. but goto Settings>Configure Ktorrent>General and set 
different directories for your files.  I usually check all the boxes, 
make a directory called Ktorrent, put 4 Directories in this directory 
called Complete, Corrupt, Incomplete, and Tracker Files respectively.
