You can try codeweavers for 30 days for free, but you will need a copy/license 
key of Outlook to install.

FWIW I used OXP for several years and now O3K, both under codeweavers (wine).  
It is easier to install Windows apps under CW than wine.  Neither is feature 
complete, but both should allow you to export a pst file.
