over wobbly windows....yep. to much wobbly!!

ok so after getting Kubuntu to run, and installing SW and such , I decide to
play with compix. This is where I went wrong..was playing with the wobbly
windows effect and turned it up to high! Now the windows bounce all over the
screen and I CANT turn it back....yikes my luck...any ideas?
