Only you can do that.  At the bottom of every message this server transmits, 
is a link to a web page that has a link called un-subscribe.  Fill out the 
form, send it, and watch your inbox because it will send you another message 
asking you to confirm the un-subscribe, which when you have replied to it 
(all message _must_ come from the same account that you used to subscribe)
then and only then will you be removed from the list.

If you do not see that link at the bottom of the message, then your email 
agent is miss-configured, and I would even call it broken, but I believe that 
same link is also included in the header of the message if you choose to make 
it visible.
