K menu hotkey

The short answer is: By default, you can't...
The default one is Alt+F1 by the way.

(It used to be possible by manually going into the config file and 
assigning both Super_L and Super_R (left and right windows keys).)

If you're very insistent about this, you can try "System Settings -> 
Regional & Language -> Keyboard Layout -> Advanced -> Alt/Win key 
behavior -> Add the standard behavior to menu key", but I'm not sure 
that will work, or what that will do exactly.
