New version of knetworkmanager

As far as I know, no one has built a package of it for jaunty.

it works well in Karmic (at least for me), but there was a change in 
network-manager (the back-end) that broke knetworkmanager for a while 
there. I suspect that this change makes it incompatible with jaunty's 
network-manager
