hello

what is the best way to upgrade from a stable jaunty to the latest karmic
release?

i just changed the "jaunty"s in my sources.list to "karmic" and i'm running
a dist-upgrade. right now it's downloading 1.4gb of packages.

is that correct? can i proceed?
