How to edit touch pad functions

Hello List,

I recently noticed that when I tap twice in the lower right corner of my
touch pad the context menu is opened. There is also a function in the upper
right corner but I can't figure out what exactly it does.

Does anybody know how I can edit these functions? I already tried the System
Settings but was unable to find the right section. Is there another program
that offers options?
