If you want to redo, start with a new Repo direcotry, just in case you
have repeat files.
Then autoclean! You may be driving the scan-packages crazy with many
similarly named package of diff versions. 15-20 mins of about 650mB
files? Have more patience, If it exceeds 90 mins, then probably... but
AUTOCLEAN!
