Pulseaudio and my sanity

Easy to know:

$ aptitude why pulseaudio
i   plasma-widget-network-manager Depends  kdebase-runtime (>= 4:4.2.3)
i A kdebase-runtime               Depends  libpulse0 (>= 0.9.14)
i A libpulse0                     Suggests pulseaudio

So, it's only a 'suggestion'. If I'm not mistaken, installing suggested 
packages is the default policy in Ubuntu.
