email clients

Other than kmail, which I'm finding crashes far too often - about twenty 
times a day at present, and I only have one of my five accounts on it so 
far - can anyone recomend a decent, reliable threaded-aware email client?

I've been using Thunderbird a bit, but it seems light in terms of 
features and bloated in terms of size.

I use IMAP exclusively, so good support for it is essential.
