Help Required after upgrade.

Cheers Clay,

Gave that a go but no joy, same issue - tried rebooting after removal 
but still no Firefox.

Then I struck me that maybe another package might be causing the issue, 
un-installed
mozplugger and hey presto firefox is working again.

Thanks for getting me thinking laterally.
