Where are the release notes?

I would like to download the latest Kubuntu and read the release notes.

Kubunut.com: No mention of release notes, so I click Download.

notes, so I click Start Download.

http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/downloading: No mention of release
notes. There are links to many help facilities, but no release notes.
