No. System Tray is the one that holds the Bluetooth icon, KMix icon and, in my case, the language 
flag for keyboard layout switching.
The one that I'm looking for is the one that displays an open app's window details such as 'CNN 
News - Mozilla Firefox 3.1 Beta 3'.
