kubunto locales

hello,

I setup the locales on my new kubuntu system to bg_BG.UTF-8 and LANG is bulgarian.

So why the h*. the system panel shows arabic script. 

Part of the text is in bulgarian, part in arabic and part in german. THIS IS ODD!

I speak few languages but not that many.

Let me know how to fix it - here is a screen shot.
