Is quote color a Linux package?  It opened in Kate, but I don't know how 
to install a downloaded package unless I download it using Adept Package 
Manager or Synaptic Package Manager.  It doesn't come up when I look 
there.  Is there code that will get and install it for me, like sudo 
apt-get install and an address or something?  Thanks!  It looks great.
