svn and cmake.

When I type svn into my kubuntu (8.04.1) bash prompt it tells me:
@ The program 'svn' is currently not installed. You can install it by
typing:
@ sudo apt-get install subversion
@ bash: svn: command not found
and a very similar message comes up when I try to run cmake.
How did you figure out that these weren't installed and not see this
message?

To be or not to be, that is the question
2b || !2b
(0b10)*(0b1100010) || !(0b10)*(0b1100010)
0b11000100 || !0b11000100
0b11000100 || 0b00111011
0b11111111
255, that is the answer.
