KDE 4.1.1 Task manager

i noticed this too, but i give task manager focus (clicking mouse on it,
restoring from minimize, etc..) i wait around 2 seconds, and everything
becomes normal again. this also happens for newly started processes.
they also don't appear straight away, but appear a couple of seconds
after starting to watch task manager.

but also note that this doesn't happen all the time! only around half
the times i used it. there are times when the program would be working
flawlessly and updating the process list fast without any lags!
