KDE 4.1 Twinview background

Hello all:

I've got an nVidia card with a dual monitor setup (they like to call it
Twinview). In KDE 3.5, I could set a single picture to be the background
across both monitors (this worked well with panoramics). However I haven't
found a way to do this in KDE 4.1. Anyone know if this is possible (yet)?
