printing using cups

Hi

1. Since using KDEv4.1 I have only sporadic access to my printers (@work and  
@home). I cannot find the way to add/modify these settings, but it is a real 
drawback for KDEv4.1. How does one manage its printers?

2. I also tried to compile powerdevil but get the following error

What is wrong here?
