I have a E1505 and I have had problems getting it to work. I found a
form post http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=297092 that covered
how to fix everything. It talks about how to identify if you have the
same wireless controller. If you do it should be simple, just follow the
steps. If not you might be able to replace the driver he talks about
with the correct driver for your hardware. Let me know if there are
things that are unclear about the post and I will try to help.

To be or not to be, that is the question
                2b || !2b
(0b10)*(0b1100010) || !(0b10)*(0b1100010)
        0b11000100 || !0b11000100
        0b11000100 || 0b00111011
               0b11111111
        255, that is the answer.
