No, Alexander, I have not. The problem persists.

I have discovered that if I click quickly enough, I can switch to a
separate component, which prevents the app from crashing. Thus, a
viable workaround is to set Kontact to always open in the Summary
view. However, I consider this a workaround and not a solution.
