That is good that you got that. It is a test. You see it uses the
graphics in a way that it would NOT work if your system was broken. So
by saying you got it means your system passed that test.

Me ether. I will have to google it.

Have you seen all the posts here about rute book? You can load it with
adept and read it.
I like adept too but sometimes apt-get is much faster. CLI if I know
exactly what I want to install and gui if I am browsing or searching.

Ya, sometimes it is like that. I often find it easier to move files
around using konquerer and CLI

This is mostly holdover image from 10 years back. I remember my first
try at Linux. It was like trying to install a raw Gentoo distro
without manuals.
The image will takes some time to catch up, especially when it is
still sometimes true.
I compare the GUI to the CLI by saying it is like a car with auto
transmission VS one that is manual. Auto will always get you there but
with manual you can go fast when you want and you can conserve gas
when you want. Of course computers on both ends are a whole lot more
complex.
Learning the CLI will give you much more power than just GUI but at
least now we can mostly avoid it, if we are happy with the
statusquo...
