calendar, contacts, notes

I believe:

/home/gloonie/.kde4/share/apps/kabc/std.vcf for contacts.
/home/gloonie/.kde4/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics for calendar and to-do's.
/home/gloonie/.kde4/share/apps/kjots for "notebooks".

Not sure about Journal, since I don't use it.
