Once you mount the Additions image (you will see that a s a CDROM
mounted) go to the command line, chage to the CDROM directory, and you
will find VBoxLinuxAdditions-x86.run (or the amd64 flavor if your system
is a 64 bit). then:
sudo ./VBoxLinuxAdditions-x86.run
and after the script finishes and you restart the virtual machine, it
should be good to go.
