dvds won't play, libdvdcss installed

The smart ass in me is being held down. This is like the 4th separate
time this has come up on this list in the last few months. I wish as a
minimum people would stop giving bad advice and Google the answer up.
Watch this turn out to be a new problem. LOL.

Just remove (rename it to something else with the word backup is
better) the file called
/etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-cd.rules
Then reboot your computer.

All should now be working. It also will prevent any future problems
and will make ALL the software work.

I Googled it because I forgot the file name and found that there is a
LOT of bad advice out there about how to fix this problem!! I guess
asking here is a good idea!
