Has anyone have ATI HD650 working on Ubuntu

Hi all,

I have an ATI Wonder HD650 TV unit (USB based) which I had acquired prior to
setting up Linux systems.  I was wondering (sorry for the pun) if anyone has
had success in getting this device to work with Ubuntu?
