Agree, i would be nice to have information "how to use kde4" after 
installation.
as for "do not show anything wasn't requested" i think it would be ok to 
have a default bookmarks in Konqueror (default browser) in "KDE4" folder 
for example.

I remember firefox has something similar - they provide a set of default 
bookmarks. That's not very annoying.
