Install Cisco VPN client on Kubuntu 8.10

Hi,

I need to install the Cisco VPN client on Kubuntu 8.10.  As I had a 
quick search for howtos, I realised that most of them are for previous 
versions of Ubuntu.

My query here is to ask for advice and/or experience on installing the 
Cisco VPN client on Kubuntu 8.10.

I'm still Googling up in the meantime.
