Adept Manager crashes!

actually no. the sysmptoms you are describing, Derek, are when you run a
GUI app from root. using "sudo su" or "sudo -i" and then running a GUI
app. as for sudo and kdesudo, they're the same. kdesudo provides a GUI
for entering the password, but then, it uses sudo in the backend.
