How do I get Kmail to show on the Kmenu/Internet dropdown again?

My problem is old age.  I need larger print size.  How can I set 
minimums at perhaps 16.  All the other of my screen visuals are that 
way.  I just love it.  No head aches from eye strain.  When I chose 
browser and email server in the first place, I opted for Firefox and 
Thunderbird.  I foolishly removed Kmail from the Kmenu just to reduce 
the size of the list by removing things I did not use.  Now I can not 
seem to get Kmail back in.  I would like to see if Kmail can be 
configured in larger print.  It worked in Dolphin, and my Desktop print 
size is nice size.  Trying to get Kmail back on the Kmenu, I tried 
Kmenu/Menu Editor  then Ctrl-N.  It put Kmail as the first time on the 
Kmenu, however, nothing I do to attempt to re-install Kmail works, and 
the Kmenu reference doesn't do anything when I click on it.  This as 
become quite a problem.
