File open with

Hello,

is it possible, to add a prog to the dialog "open with" when I do a right 
mouseklick on EVERY file?

I tryed to add a hexeditor in the systemsetting->file->all files->action but 
always systemsetting crashes (Kubuntu, kde4). The same happens when I opens 
the dialog in the Konqueror->settings->file .. .

Is there a other way to add a prog that fits for all file?
